Electrical Site Supervisor - Commercial

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Electrical Site Supervisor to lead our on-site operations and maintain our commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
The Role
As the Electrical Site Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day site operations on commercial fit-out projects valued from \$500k to \$5M+. You’ll be responsible for coordinating trades, managing subcontractors, liaising with project managers and clients, and ensuring works are delivered to spec, on time, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical site works and tradespeople
• Manage daily site operations, toolboxes, and safety protocols (WHS)
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and scope of works
• Liaise with builders, clients, and the internal project management team
• Ensure quality assurance, compliance, and testing procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
• Drive project schedules to meet key milestones and deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

• NSW Electrical License (essential)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory/site foreman role
• Strong background in commercial fit-out or similar sectors
• Solid knowledge of AS/NZS 3000 standards and WHS requirements
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
• White Card, current driver’s licence, and relevant site tickets
